According to the Meriam-Webster dictionary, the word anthropology (an·thro·pol·o·gy) means the study of human beings...environmental and social relations, and culture, theology, dealing with the origin, nature, and destiny of human beings.
Christian anthropology goes even deeper—not just a study of humanity and life, but God's perspective, God's purposes, and His Word concerning the life He has blessed us with.
